Spring is here, daylight savings has kicked in, Summer is just around the corner... can't you picture it, a balmy evening, chilling with friends with a delicious cocktail.  Enough of the cosy evenings with a red wine in hand, it's time to get creative and embrace some exciting mixes! 

The Cocktail Revolution!!

A cocktail doesn't have to be complicated- you have to admit my favourite recipe here is easy as pie.

To help us get creative Schweppes are setting up a station domination at Southern Cross Station, Melbourne 7am to 7pm each day this week for you to give it a try!  Schweppes will be giving away bags with a Schweppes mixer, cocktail recipe card and a piece of fruit so YOU can get mixing at home!  There will be plenty of prizes up for grabs there too.

ANNND I'll be there at Southern Cross Station next Friday 21st October, checking out the party.

Sooooo, do you like my glasses?

I am indeed fortunate enough to have 20/20 vision so don't need glasses but I still love adding some spectacles to my look now and again for a geek-chic look, and you have to admit these cotton candy retro style cat-eye glasses are pretty darn fun!

This adorable knit from Pixie Knitwear was waiting on my doorstep when I arrived home from work last week.  I just had to play up on the cuteness factor and do a little gig in the lane way.  Also wearing my op shop baggy ol' Levis and my new wedges from Nine West.  LOVE them!!
