Op shop shirt

Hi there lovely people!

Just wanted to let you know my Twitter account took on a life of it's own this week and spammed a squillion people.  So huge apologies to any of you who got weird direct messages from me.  Hopefully this issue is now fixed.  Now back to FASHION : )

Picked up this shirt for a couple of dollars last time I was at the salvos, pretty different from what I normally wear.

Brown rice sushi and green tea out on Chapel Street for lunch with my hubby- one of my favourite Melbourne-y things to do.  Very windy!!

An absolutly glorious Melbourne Autumn day, perfect for girly catch ups.  Caught up with one of my best buddies for lunch and then visited my new friend I met in the blogesphere, Cecyclia at her boutique and spent the arvo chit chatting about fashionable things.

How cute is my kitty cat top- Purrrrrrrrrrrr. Some nerd glasses thrown in the mix today too : )

I'm a monkey

Heading out to dinner with my hubby in the city.  We were walking along Little Bourke Street in Melbourne when I spotted the location for these photos and like an excited monkey all I could do is point and say "Oo Oo Oo".  Thank goodness hubby got my drift and took these lovely photos for me.

Vrrrrrrrr it's getting chilly as we head on into Autumn, the leaves are turning and the mornings are crisp. It's lovely.  My leather jacket has come out to play for the first time this year and boots are on show again too.

Maannnly!

Caught the ferry from Circular Quay accross the s p a r k l i n g harbour to laid back Manly & the beach!  27 degrees celcius, warm, sunny AND amazing Sydney views.  The ferry ride made my day and so did catching up with one of my dearest girlfriends from uni who I haven't seen for yonks.

Okay, you're right, I'm not really a ninja... I'm just wearing black.  I did add a few extra bits and pieces, plus some orange nails to pep it up a bit.  It's a crisp Autumn day in Melbourne and I'm so excited the sun decided to come out to play.

love hearts and spOts

Well we're into Aussie Autumn now and we have a warm sunny day, so damn it, I'm keeping those Summer dresses in the loop for a bit longer.  I love this dress, so flouncy and cute.  It's great plain- but hey that would be just too easy, so I have added a white singlet and done the good old scarf and belt trick again.

Splashes of red

It's a bit gloomy today so a splash of RED is the perfect way to pep things up, don't you think!  How cute are these shiny red shoes. Once again I have to give the kudos to my clever hubby who got these for me for Chrissy a few years ago.  The red ring is one I bought from RhapsodyDesign at the Bus Depot Markets in Canberra- $10 I tell you!! I think I need to go and get one in every colour : )

I've tried to do something different with my hair for a change too.  A tad milk maid-y but hey, its a change from my usual pony tail ; )  What do you reckon?
