Lexi & Roy

Realove heels- thanks to Steve Madden
Tote- thanks Wayne by Wayne Cooper (Myer)
Shirt- thanks to Lexi & Roy
Jeans- Zara (similar )

How gorgeous is this house and garden! In reality my home would probably fit in entriity inside the loungeroom! Anyways, hope they didn't mind me using their place as a back drop for todays look worn for a casual Sunday lunch with my husband.

I realised that I love these jeans, yet I had only worn them once! So time to correct that.  I love the mix of mint and white- especialy when it comes in the form of a classic white shirt like this one from Lexi and Roy.  Paried today with this beautiful studded bag available at Myer now, and my new favourite heels.

Nicolette clutch- thanks to Ooh La La (Myer)
Hat- on loan Amelda Millinery
Ring- thanks to The Darkhorse
Heels- Witchery

On Saturday I had the absolute pleasure of attending Caulfield Cup as the Pilgrim Clothing Spring Racing ambassador!  It was my very first time to the races, and Melbourne put on such a beautiful sunny day for it.  It was such fun people watching and checking out the fashion which ranged from disastrous to amazing, and of course spotting the odd celebrity including Samantha Harris and Jacinta Campbell who of look taller, slimmer and even more stunning in real life!

The amazing Kate Radford did my hair and make up for the day, which I absolutely loved!!  This gorgeous fuschia dress is new in from Pilgrim- arriving in stores in about 1 week.  And I'll give you the tip- colour is the way to go for Spring Racing this year.

Not how about that hat! An absolute showstopper that was custom made for the day by Amelda Millinery, isn't she such a talented lady!!  I felt like I had a ray of sunshine on my head and it just brought the coral and pink of my outfit together so beautifully with that brilliant flash of yellow at the back.

See my Derby Day look here, Melbourne Cup day look here and Oaks Day here.
And finally a huge thank you to Pilgrim for sending me to the races!

Westfield Fountain Gate

Dress- Witchery (old- similar here)
Heels- Witchery at Westfield
Earrings- Witchery at Westfield

Following a $340 million dollar redevelopment, Westfield Fountain Gate is now the second larges shopping centre in Australia, with over 440 retailers!

And to celebrate, over the weekend  the centre was transformed into a fashionistas paradise with the Westfield Fountain Gate Festival- check out the video above to get a sneak peek behind the scenes.

---

Over the weekend I also had the most excellent task of spending $200 at Westfield!!

Now in a whole Westfield, where doesn't one start- splash out one item of mix it up....  a tricky decision SO I made the trip out to Westfield for a spot of shopping- yay!

As I meandered around I stumbled upon a gourmet food store, and as any of you gluten free folk out there could probably understand I went a little crazy discovering some beautiful gluten free pasta which I had never encountered before.  AND we cooked it for dinner that night-so yummy!

Then clearly in the mood for food, and perhaps a coffee, AND having found a cupcake coffee shop WITH gluten free cupcakes, well I just had to stop there too.  Such a treat!! I can't remember ever finding a gluten free cupcake commercially.

So what about the fashion I hear you ask... well I was still considering my numerous options...a pair of sunnies from Sunglasses Hut, some pretty new pj's from Peter Alexander, something fabulous from Saba or any of the other high end stores, beauty products from Myer or David Jones. maybe a spot of jewellery...  Well, I think you probably all know me well enough to guess what I chose:
SHOES of course : )

These stunning coral heels from Witchery were my fashionable pick of the day, and please note that extremely comfortable heel height.  I couldn't resist some matching coral earrings to finish my spending spree.  I think these both might just be perfect for my Spring Racing outfit too!

Everyday luxuries

So what have we here you ask.... well, it's some absolutely beautiful products which I have had the pleasure of trying out over the last couple of weeks.

Firstly, the perfumes by Pacifica available from Everyday Luxuries.  I chose the blood orange roll on perfume-an incredible fragrance mixing the natural scent of orange with subtle strawberry, raspberry and juicy mandarin, such a delicious fresh scent! And the Indian Coconut Nectar spray on perfume- a warm suttry blend of coconut and creamy vanilla.  They both smell absolutely amazing!! I can only imagine all the other scents are just as fabulous.

Every evening this Pacifica soy candle has been burning away on my coffee table filling the room with it's rich, dark scent of Mexican Cocoa- indulgent, warm and delicious!
_

Next we have these lovely moisturisers from EcostoreAs it says there are NO nasty products, and I love that Ecostore evaluates the imact of their products on the health of people, and the environment in every step of the process.  They are also cruelty free, and many products are vegan friendly (my sister will love that fact!)

The moisturiser themselves are a pleasure to use- non greasy, beautifully scented and filled with essential oils. I think I'm going to have to check out the rest of their range!

Pilgrim for Spring Racing- Oaks Day

Head piece- on loan from Amelda Millinery
Bag- Portmans (similar)
Heels- Zara (similar)

With only a few days left to enter the Pin to Win: Pilgrim Spring Racing competition , here is my third look for Pilgrim, especially for Oaks Day coming up on 8 November 2012.

Traditionally known as ladies day this is the day for your most feminine ensemble.  I thought this pastel mint strapless dress was just the thing, beautifully structured with a sweetheart bodice and fitted waist, and I do love the origami pleat.  With pink roses being the traditional flower for the day, blush and rose gold accessories were the perfect match.

Bag- Zara (craving!)

The Pin to Win: Pilgrim Spring Racing competition continues, and here is my second look this time for Melbourne Cup day coming up on 6 November 2012- the focal point of Spring Racing.

This dress has to be one of my absolute favourites from Pilgrim's current collection. Such a fabulous colour and I love the flattering wrap style.  Paired with this versatile little jacket- perfect if the day is a little cool, and you have to admit you just never know with Melbourne weather.  This stunning head piece from Amelda Millinery brings the red and black together beautifully.
