Doodlebug

Lumberjack lazy pants- thanks to Doodlebug
Bamboo baseball tee- thanks to Doodlebug
DC Shoes- Surfstitch (here)
I'm wearing: Luca sandals- thanks to Misano Shoes

Look at my little dude! There is something about this outfit that is just so cool, I can't think of any other way to describe it.  These funky little pants have plenty of length so they will last Ash for ages, but the tight ankle means he isn't tripping over them for now.  The cut of the tee is perfect and the artwork on the front so original.

When I received these pieces in the post I wrote to Doodlebug and said that I couldn't believe how soft the cotton was, and I mean buttery soft!  Well good to see I am paying attention, because they are actually made of BAMBOO!!  Along with that comes a whole range of benefits with bamboo fabric being ethical, ecological and hypo allergenic. It's a natural breathable fiber that is naturally organic, yet can be machine washed and quick dried on the washing line.

These sneakers are pretty darn adorable too, shop the look below...

Misano

Shirt- Country Road (similar here)
Jeans- Target (here)

A relaxed weekend look here today, perfect for grabbing a takeaway coffee, a trip to the park with my bubba and grocery shopping.

Lucky for me these lovely new sandals from Misano Shoes arrived just in time for me to wear them for some beautiful sunny warm Spring weather in Melbourne.  They are made in Italy, all leather and great quality.  I love this coral colour, but they also come in tan and black.

Check out the new way to hem your jeans!  Easy as grabbing a pair of scissors.  I must admit I haven't taken the knife to my most fav pair of perfect fitting jeans, but for these $30 Target ones I think its a perfect.  Looking at these pics I might take off another centimeter.

Blue

Modern super skinny jeans- Target (here)
Wedges- Witchery (old, similar here)

Since I saw one of my major blogger crushes, Julia of Gal Meets Glam, wearing these blue RayBan's-  for example  here and here, I couldn't get them out of my head.  Her style is so classic and feminine, but she still rocks these sunnies! Vision Direct had them for the right price- in fact a best price guarantee, free express shipping, 100 day returns and a free lens kit.

With these blue aviators, and a fluttering white top I'm ready for Spring!!

Maybelline SuperStay + GIVEAWAY

Brought to you by Nuffnang and Maybelline

Over the last few weeks I have been testing out the NEW Maybelline SuperStay Better Skin Range.  Its Maybelline's first vitamin enriched long wear foundation and concealer with skin improving Actyl-C formula.

So what is Actyl-C? The same question did cross my mind! It's actually a vitamin derivative which leaves skin feeling energized, fresh, healthy and radiant.  It also promotes skin regeneration, so much so that the word is that in just three weeks of using Maybelline's SuperStay Better Skin range you will see smoother skin and more even skin tone!

The foundation is lightweight and comfortable, while giving full all day flawless coverage.  The SPF14 is another bonus feature of this foundation. For a long time I've used BB cream, but I loved the coverage of this foundation combined with the concealer and a powder, plus it still looked great at the end of the day.  The concealer reduces those dark under eye circles beautifully- a must when I've spent the night up with bub. The numbering of the shades across the SuperStay range is consistent, which makes it really easy to get a great match between concealer, foundation and powder.

I particularly love that this range goes above and beyond your regular makeup, actually improving your skin!! Great for those of us for whom multitasking is a must.

There are eight shades of the Maybelline SuperStay Better Skin Foundation ($21.95); I'm the 021 Nude during winter which is the fourth swatch from the left in the pics above.  And two tones of the Maybeline SuperStay Better Skin Concealer ($14.95); I'm the 02 Light.

To find out more about these products and the chance to WIN 1 of 500 foundations head to the Maybelline Facebook page.

Lily Jade

Knit- Target (similar here, and here)
Shoes- Steve Madden (similar here)
Sunnies- RayBan (similar here)
Watch- Swatch (similar here)

I bought this skirt on Asos over a couple of years ago now, just before I fell pregnant actually, so this is the first time I've worn it!  I'm seeing a lot of lace skirts with a shorter underskirt around at the moment, so I like that this is a different version of this.  Paired today with this light cashmere knit and  nude heels.

This lovely smart bag by Lily Jade is in fact a nappy bag!!  Designed, very cleverly I might add, to last through motherhood and beyond.  This bag comes with a removable and washable 'baby bag' organiser and a washable changing pad.  The organiser has over 14 pockets so there really is a spot for everything!  When the baby bag is removed, this beautiful bag contains everything you would expect from a regular handbag.

In Your Dreams

Denim shirt- Sportscraft (similar here)
In Your Dreams pencil skirt- thanks to St Frock
Heels- Steve Madden (similar here)
Sunnies- RayBan (here)

Pencil skirts are one of my favourite pieces of clothing; always feminine, sophisticated and flattering.  I love the mesh panel on this skirt, which you don't notice at first glance.  But once the light is behind there is that cheeky extra glimpse of leg!
