I'm sure many of you have spotted the new Target Australia ads on television lately featuring one of the worlds hottest fashion names, Gok Wan who has been showing us all his key fashion pieces to look fresh and classy in the workplace.  On the Target website Gok as put together three 'Gok Loves Work it...at Work' looks- I love the monochrome palate, and the pops of colour are perfect.  I'm looking forward to more of Gok's style advice in the future!

Along with the theme of 'Work it...at Work' I thought I'd put together two looks using my favourite Target work wear pieces, based on a basic black shift dress and patent black court shoe.

Sapling Child

My 4 month old son, Ash is the star of today's post, and here he is modelling some beautiful outfits from Australian baby-wear company Sapling Child. Sapling Child currently stock sizes 000-0 and the entire range is 100% organic cotton.  The designs are such fun with the most adorable prints!

In massively exciting news THE Duchess of Cambridge ordered some outfits for the royal baby from Sapling Child so it rather fabulous to think by bub is in the same threads as the royal bub ;)  Read all about it HERE. I wonder which outfits Kate picked!!

I've also added a new heading at the top 'Baby Style File', so any blog posts featuring Ashley can be seen there.  Ash will continue to make only an occasional appearances here on the blog, but he does feature far more often in my Instagram feed if you are interested.

I don't wear nursing tops very often, and generally manage with a bonds maternity singlet layered with a normal top- but seriously a nursing top like this from one Queenbee makes life so much easier!  This is such a flatterning wrap style and so perfect for any mums and expectant mums out there- made of beautiful soft jersey and most importantly machine washable!!  The size here is an XS so you can see there is plenty of room for a baby bump, and after bub is born its a nice relaxed fit to hide that muffin top ;)

On another note, check out that ring! Its the classic Nirvana ring by Swarovski who are currently hosting a competition to win one of these- check out their Instagram page for details.

To make this outfit more practical I just switched the heels for some silver ballet flats- it looks great with blue or white jeans too.
