We are smack bang in the middle of Winter, and it is freezing here in Melbourne!  Boots, jumpers and lots of layers are most certainly the way to go.  How fabulous is the touch of leopard print on this jumper, there is a grey version too which I love, maybe even more than the black :)

This is my third Winter with this Icebreaker coat and I can highly recommend it, made from merino wool it has quite a few great features, and although pricey I think it is well worth it as an investment piece.

Autumn really is my favourite time of year.  Everything looks so beautiful, the days are gorgeous and of course who doesn't love a bit of leaf play, made extra fun with a toddler in tow :) But now all too soon Autumn is over and Winter is upon us.  The upside of the cold weather however, is adorable beanies like this 100% merino wool Mr Fox hat by Acorn Kids.  I was having a hard time keeping it on Ash's head on this day, as you can see I would just snap the photo before he pulled it off! Hopefully when the weather gets really cool he'll decide it's best on his head!!

Acorn Kids also have a matching Mr Fox scarf and mittens, and a Mr Wolf hat, scarf and mittens in dark grey.  Too cute for words!

The sun has all but disappeared here in Melbourne, and Winter has most certainly set in.  A perfect excuse to layer up in the cosiest of knits, and the warmest of coats.
