Red Carpet Fashion at David Jones + GIVEAWAY

It is award ceremony season in America and the United Kingdom! We've just had the Golden Globes, and still to come is the Grammy's on 26 January, the Bafta's on 16 February, and Oscars on 2 March.  If your anything like me these events are all about the red carpet fashion.  I love looking through the galleries of celebrity outfits the next day and picking my favourites!  

Today I've picked some of my favourite looks from the Golden Globes last week and have put together my version of red carpet fashion from dresses, high heels and clutches available online and in store at David Jones.  David Jones have a great range of stunning designer dresses, and formal dresses online, as well as beautiful designer shoes and high heels online; so perfect to recreate your own celebrity look.

  25. I liked Cate Blanchett's dress by far! Truly beautiful lace dresses are a rarity today, the elegance and detail is what makes the dress unique and memorable. The cut of the dress, particularly the higher neckline with the soft cap sleeves, reminds me of the beautiful classics of the movie world such as Audrey Hepburn, Grace Kelly, to name a couple.

  46. Sofia Vagara has such an amazing dress and she really looks perfect in it. Her smile is so infectious and it sets her entire outfit off. She has gone through a serious health issue in 2000 when she was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and had her thyroid removed. Since then she has been taking pills daily to control any symptoms of hypothyroidism. She is such a strong woman and doesn't let anything bring her down.

    by Yves Saint-Laurent. So with this in mind my pick is Sofia Vergara's classib black ball gown. If she had worn that dress 10 years ago, or if she wore it in 10 years time I think she would still be the on the best dressed list. It's a quote that I make my wardrobe purchases by and as such I'm still wearing a black trench that is 20 years old.
